Four men were arrested Thursday on suspicion of marijuana sales and firearm-related violations, the Bakersfield Police Department reported Friday. It said Felipe Andrade, age 57; Raul Armas Arreola, 25; Kevin Alberto Avalos, 18; and Troy Hines, 46, were taken into custody after search warrants were served at four separate locations.
